The BC Emergency Health Services board is pleased to welcome Sandra Lucarino as a new board member.
Sandra is a senior executive with 30+ years of experience in large, public-facing organizations, including leadership roles at Canada Post and the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. She has expertise in workforce strategy, labour relations, and enterprise risk within complex, unionized environments. She also brings a strong governance-focused perspective supporting organizational accountability, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable service delivery.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is both a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
